What happened
Contravention of Regulations 21 and 24. Elderly Aids Limited promoted call blocking devices. Elderly Aids Limited made 758,053 unsolicited direct marketing calls to subscribers who were registered with the TPS / CTPS and who had not notified EAL that they were willing to receive such calls, and 20 complaints being made as a result.
